Arrival

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling. There are no late fees.

Cancellation

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance or your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel or reschedule in advance, your deposit will be applied to your service.

No-show

If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No-show deposits cannot be transferred to another service.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment and it will be applied towards your service total.
